How to request a refund
Reply to your order-confirmation email, or write to priya@priyaskitchen.com. Tell us you'd like a refund. That's all we need — the reason is yours, not ours.
When
Within thirty calendar days from the purchase date. After thirty days, we can no longer issue a refund.
How long it takes
We issue refunds within two business days of receipt. Once issued, your bank or card provider may take an additional three to ten business days to credit the amount back to your account — that timing is outside our control.
What happens to your copy
Once refunded, your access to the digital edition is withdrawn. If you have already printed a copy at home, the printed copy is yours to keep.
What we do not do
- We do not require proof of purchase beyond the email we sent you.
- We do not ask you to explain or justify the refund.
- We do not offer store credit instead of cash.
- We do not charge any "restocking" or administrative fee.
