When you buy the book, the following understanding applies. Nothing here is tricky. It is all the things a fair transaction takes for granted.
What you are buying
Digital editions (PDF and EPUB) of Priya's Kitchen Apothecary. They are yours to read, print, and keep for personal use.
What you may do with it
- Read it on any device you own.
- Print a personal copy for yourself, your mother, your mother-in-law, or your daughter.
- Share a download link with your own immediate family if you'd like them to have a copy. We do not police this.
What you may not do
- Re-sell the book in any form — digital, print, audio, or otherwise.
- Publish, host, or redistribute the book on a website, file-sharing service, or social platform.
- Extract the content and publish it under your own name.
- Use the book for any commercial purpose (including training an AI model).
A note on what's inside
The recipes in this book are traditional home preparations — teas, pastes, warm compresses, kitchen remedies that have been passed down through Priya's family and community. None of it replaces medical care, and none of it is a prescription for a specific condition. If you have a diagnosed illness or are on medication, show any recipe you want to try to your doctor first.
Refunds
Our refund policy is thirty days, no questions asked. Full terms on that page.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any specific recipe will produce any specific result in your body. Bodies differ; what worked for Priya's grandmother's cousin may not work the same way for you. What we guarantee is the book — its content, its delivery, its refund.
Our liability
To the maximum extent allowed by the law of your jurisdiction: our total liability for anything related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. If something goes wrong that is our fault — the book doesn't arrive, the download is broken, your refund is delayed — we make it right up to that amount.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the user's country of residence where required by local consumer-protection statutes; otherwise, by the laws of Priya's country of business operations (to be confirmed at launch).
Changes
If we change these terms, the "Last updated" date above changes. Substantive changes are noted at the top for thirty days.
